I've worked for companies both small and large, and I've implemented software systems both difficult and easy, complex and simple, inventive and boring. I have experience implementing GIS tools and the visualization therein (lots of trigonometry), no-sql/data grid plus ORM with bi-temporal effectivity, and high-throughput real-time/streaming data systems for analyzing A-B tests and website user interaction events.

Outside of work, I enjoy orchids (and plants in general), American Sign Language, contributing to open source software, lego, rock climbing, and music, but I find interest in just about anything that isn't pop culture, sports, or advertising.
